1. Material Cutting: Cut the stainless steel sheet to the required size and thickness (0.1mm, 0.2mm, or 0.3mm).
2. Material Cleaning: Clean the surface to remove grease, dust, and oxidation for proper photoresist adhesion.
3. Printing: Print the mesh pattern onto the metal using photolithography or digital printing.
4. Exposure: Expose the photoresist to UV light, hardening the exposed areas and leaving the unexposed ones soft.
5. Developing: Remove the unexposed photoresist, revealing the mesh pattern.
6. Etching: Submerge the metal in an etching solution (e.g., ferric chloride) to dissolve the exposed metal and form the mesh.
7. Stripping: Remove the remaining photoresist using a chemical stripper.
