2.Working Principle

The high voltage pack ignition coil converts low voltage signals from a low voltage battery or ignition control system into high voltage pulses through the principle of electromagnetic induction, which in turn ignites the fuel and air mixture in the cylinders and ensures that the ignition process of the engine proceeds normally.
1. Ignition Signal: The ignition control system sends a low voltage trigger signal to the primary winding of the ignition coil.
2. Current flow: The primary winding receives the signal and generates a magnetic field through the current.
3. Disappearance of the magnetic field: When the current flow is suddenly interrupted, the magnetic field disappears rapidly, resulting in a high voltage in the secondary winding.
4. Spark generation: The high voltage is transmitted through the spark plug and ignites the fuel in the cylinder.
