Assembly Balancing Machine is a customized high-precision vertical balancing machine for
client’s centrifugal fan motor assembly.

Assembly Balancing Machine adopts soft-bearing support pedestals with accurate measurement
data and good repeatability. High-sensitivity tachometer allows the
equipment to detect unbalance angle accurately for motors with max
speed of 20000rpm. Soft bearing support pedestals, high-precision
vibration sensor and tachometer, precise data acquisition card, and
Zero Dynamic's own high precision balancing software jointly allows
the equipment have very high measurement accuracy (meet ISO1940
standard G1 grade). Reasonable structural design makes the
equipment easy to replace the fixture, and the operator can
complete the fixture replacement and re-calibration independently
after simple training.
