Dual-Use Hydraulic Puller and Tensioner
The MAR-YZ2×40B Hydraulic Tensioner from our lineup is designed to facilitate the stringing of various conductors and earth wires. It offers the flexibility of both one-pull-one and one-pull-two configurations.
With an infinitely variable tension control system, the MAR-YZ2×40B enables precise tension adjustment, ensuring consistent tension stringing operations. In the event of hydraulic failure, the built-in spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake automatically engages, guaranteeing safe operation.
Moreover, our product features two sets of hydraulic power output interfaces, allowing seamless connection to hydraulic conductor reel stands. The bullwheel is specially lined with wear-resistant MC nylon material, enhancing durability and performance.
Application: The equipment is utilized for tension setting of diverse steel wire ropes, conductors, and ground wires.

1. The pay-off drum liner is crafted from wear-resistant MC nylon,

2. Tension setting is continuously stepless and adjustable,
allowing for constant tension setting out.
3. Equipped with a spring-actuated hydraulic normally closed
