[2] Using 45# high-quality steel, after quenching and tempering, turning, etc., the axial and circumferential reference lines are engraved, and the surface is plated with hard chrome. Slotting unit Manual adjustment of the pressure wheel gap dial, the adjustment range is 2-12mm. The gear adopts a side-gap adjustment mechanism, which does not affect the gear engagement during adjustment, ensuring transmission accuracy.
