Flute Laminatng Machine Introduction

1. Computerized high-speed laminating, up to 12,000 sheets per hour (paper length 700mm);

2. Paper feeding head, the wind head is equipped with 4 sets of "forward suction nozzles" and 2 sets of "upper and lower suction nozzles";

3. Feeder seat: E-type low-stack paperboard design, which can fit the paper into the position with the pallet, and optional track-assisted pre-stacking stack of paper

4. Glue coating device: high-precision coating conveying with paper recording device to prevent paper from being caught and glued wheel edge blocking mechanism automatically liquid level control, high-speed operation without overflowing glue can adjust glue backflow;

Top paper feeding unit Consisting of stream feeding suction head,four sets of forwarding suckers ensuring smooth transportation of substrate.

Bottom paper feeding unit The servo motor is used to drive the suction belt to feed the paper, corresponding to A/B/C/D/E/F/N flute, three layers, four layers, five Layer, seven-layer corrugated bottom paper and paperboard, gray board bottom paper are all suitable for smooth and accurate conveying; enhanced mutual pressure suction design, the thickest 1100g bottom paper can be sent .

Positioning unit The use of multiple sets of photoelectric sensor at bottom sheets relative position, control top sheets on both sides of the servo motor to do independent compensation action, so that accurate positioning of top paper and the bottom paper.
