Pressure Seal Butt Welding Gate Valve

The pressure seal valves are designed for service of high temperature and high pressure and are widely used in fossil fuel power plant. Compared with bolted bonnet joint valves, it provides absolute reliable sealing of the bonnet joint, so that the pressure seal valves are more compact and rigid as well as maintenance cost-effective at high temperature and high pressure service.

Rational structure reliable sealing,excellent performance and nice molding.
Regardless of operating-temperature changes,the bonnet ioint remains leak proof.This is insured by stainless steel inlay in the body gasket area.The sealing pressure is in direct proportion to the internal pressure.
Advanced pressure seal designed body and pure graphite gasket rings to ensure high tightness and comply with the healthy and safe environment requirements for fugitive emissions control.
