The flake fish feed machine is an internal heat-conducting rotary drying device. The wet material obtains heat through heat conduction on the outer wall of the drum to remove moisture to achieve the required moisture content. During the drying process, heat is transferred from the inner wall of the drum to the outer wall of the drum, and then through the film. Because of its high thermal efficiency and continuous operation, it is widely used for drying liquid materials or strip materials. The liquid material completes the entire process of film formation, dehydration, scraping and obtaining a dry product in one rotation cycle of the drum. Therefore, in the drum drying operation, the product of the expected moisture content and the corresponding yield can be obtained by adjusting parameters such as feed concentration, film thickness, heating medium temperature, and drum rotation speed.
