The main purpose of spark machining is to process die and parts
with complex shaped hole and cavity. Processing various conductive
materials, such as hard alloy and hardened steel; Processing deep
and fine holes, shaped holes, deep grooves, narrow slits and
cutting sheets, etc.
Process all kinds of forming tools, templates and thread ring
gauges. During edm, tool electrode and workpiece are respectively
connected to the two poles of the pulse power supply and immersed
in the working fluid, or the working fluid is charged into the
discharge gap. Through clearance control tool electrode to the
workpiece feeding automatic control system, when the gap reached a
certain distance between the two electrodes, a pulse voltage
applied on two electrodes will be working liquid breakdown, produce
the spark discharge.
With thousands of pulses of electricity per second, more metals can
be corroded and removed with a certain rate of productivity. Our
laser cutting system is capable of cutting many different alloys
such as all grades of stainless steel used in the medical markets
as well as copper, nickel, aluminum and precious alloys.
